Developer
The developer contracts with Genie Solar Energy to design, construct, and the installation of the solar farm utilizing solar panels sourced by Prism Solar Technologies. When required, Sunlight Energy Investments finances the acquisition of the solar farm. -
Subscriber Management
The developer partners with CityCom Solar to provide effective, quality subscriber acquisition services. Services that identify, obtain, and enroll qualified high value subscribers. Where consolidated billing is not available, the developer may partner with CityCom Solar designee for billing services and management of the subscriber relationship until the solar farm is operational and/or for the life of the farm. -
Utility | Consolidated Billing
The electricity generated by the community solar farm goes into the grid. The utility accounts for the electricity produced and issues to subscribers their share of the solar credits created by the solar project. -

Receive solar credits based on electric consumption. These credits show up on their standard utility bill reducing their cost of electricity while also helping the environment by reducing their carbon footprint. Locking down discount for 20 years, saving money and going green!
